Coaching: Deposits: A deposit invoice will be sent once the appointment is set up. Once the deposit invoice is paid the appointment is secured to go. 

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY: If you, the Client need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, you must do so 48 hours in advance; otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit for the session. Canceling 48 hours in advance allows for a full refund of the deposit, and 24 hours in advance allows for half of the refund to be returned. 

Massage: Cancellation Policy -APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY : A full session fee will be charged for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance incur no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a $55 fee.

CONTINUOUS NO-SHOW POLICY : Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations will require a non-refundable $55 deposit for all future appointments.

The fee goes to cover the appointment that was missed. When an appointment is booked, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from being able to accommodate other clients. Please allow 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your session. Continuous No Shows and Same Day Cancellations will result in a deposit fee for future sessions.
